About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates residing in California. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce development, customization, Apex programming, Lightning components, and integrations while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.

Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements.

Build and maintain Flows, Process Builder automations, validation rules, and approval processes.

Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.

Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers.

Support production issues and implement enhancements.

Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

1–2 years of professional Salesforce development experience.

Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.

Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.

Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.

Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps Center.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.

Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Exposure to REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration frameworks.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
