Two extra hours of sleep doesn't sound like much until you're a new parent running on broken four-hour stretches. That's roughly what changed for us after adding a newborn white noise machine to our son's crib setup. Before that, he'd wake at the faintest sound and take forever to resettle, which meant neither of us actually rested. A fellow parent at a support group mentioned Sleepy Baby's machine almost in passing, and I figured it was worth a shot given how little else had worked. The setup took minutes, no manual required, and the sound itself felt natural rather than mechanical or harsh. Within about a week, our son's wake-ups became less frequent and easier to settle when they did happen. I'm not going to pretend it solved every sleep issue overnight, but it removed one major disruption from an already fragile routine. Sometimes progress looks like small, steady improvements rather than one big fix.
